The beginning of something new
I have been wanting to start a blog for a long time with recipes and quick easy and useful tips to cooking the whole foods way. My sisters in law and friend started one that we could all post to called healthy-tweeks.blogspot.com. I have really enjoyed it, and wanted to make a new blog that focused specifically on a whole foods diet that included meal planning a shopping list, and a 3 week program that was easy to follow to get your family excited, and on the whole foods path. I have been transitioning to whole foods now for about 2 years. I say transitioning, because we still aren't quite where I want to be. But, we have made a lot of progress. Here is my journey....
